Employment: Service Writer/Advisor

Service writer/adviser needed for a high volume independent Goodyear dealer.

We are a well established (since 2002) automotive facility looking for a experienced service writer to join our team. Candidates must possess excellent communications skills and be well organized with knowledge of auto repair and services.

Responsibilities :

Answering phones
Greeting customers
Writing service orders
Scheduling
Creating estimates
Providing detailed explanations to customers
Ordering parts
Assign work to auto technicians

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

10 Hour Shift Monday to Friday Weekends

Supplemental Pay: Commission Pay Tips
